Movement is important for everyone, even if you have a disability! The Heroes Run will take place on Saturday, October 18, and is intended for everyone with a disability or chronic condition. It doesn't matter if you're in a wheelchair, use a prosthesis, have visual impairments, face psychological challenges, or something entirely different. You are welcome!
The course is 1000 meters and has been made as accessible as possible, so you can participate in Amsterdam too! If you don't want to walk alone, bring a buddy. They won't receive a race number but are welcome to join as a guide. Participation in the Heroes Run costs €7.50.
The run will start at 12.45 hours starting from Stadionweg (Area B), you will finish in the Olympic Stadion where you will also receive your medal!
